Travel
to Albany: Albany airport is 1hr and 15min drive to Peace
Village.
PV will help arrange taxi pool or taxi. If you are
interested in taxi pool plan, please arrive before
4 pm
on Thursday, Oct.4th. Other options: Single-ride taxi
(approx: $110 one way and $10 for each additional passenger) or
rental car at airport.
Travel
to New York City:
International flights: John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK); Domestic
flights: La Guardia.
After arriving in NYC you may
1. Take the Trailways Bus directly to Peace Village from Port
Authority, NYC...departs NYC daily 7 am and 2 pm (journey time
3hrs.) 2. Take the Trailways Bus from Port Authority, NYC,
departs daily 5:30 pm arrives in Hunter (approx. $28 one way,
journey time 3hrs); please call us the day before, if possible,
so we may arrange a pick up for you from Hunter to Peace
Village.
3. Train from Penn station, NYC to Hudson (approx. $42 one way)
then a taxi from Hudson to Peace Village (approx. $55)
